His academic reach extends globally, having imparted knowledge on corporate governance at noteworthy institutions such as the University of Michigan, Stanford University, Tel Aviv University, and New York University. His prolific contributions are further underscored by his publications in esteemed Oxford and Cambridge journals. In addition to his academic accolades, he presently helms significant roles as the Chairman of the Board at Samsung Securities and a Senior Outside Director at Hyundai Mobis.
